Individuals requesting to be put on the prayer list for prayer support may call: Day-time prayer chain: Phyllis Mason 567-2060 Night-time prayer chain: Norma Dieno 567-3286 Bible Study: We have recently started a bible study, and we hope to have fellowship gatherings in the future. These help to strengthen authentic Christian community where we can all mature in the faith, and take part in God's mission together. By water and the Holy Spirit we are made members of the Church which is the body of Christ. Redeemer offers baptism for infants, children and adults. All are welcome! Baptisms are celebrated as a part of our regular worship services at 11 am. Pastor Kevin will work with you to prepare and schedule a service of baptism. Are you ready for marriage? Or feel you are? Redeemer also does weddings. Pastor Kevin will
provide a Marriage Preparation course and work with you to prepare for your most happy occasion. When a loved one has passed away, Pastor Kevin will work with you to conduct a meaningful funeral at the church or the graveside. Pastoral Care: If you or a loved one would like a hospital call or speak with Pastor Kevin about a spiritual matter that requires a minister's attention, please call Pastor Kevin: 567-2827. Davidson Inter-Church Association (DICA): As a working member of the Davidson Inter-Church Association, Redeemer Ev. Lutheran Church is one of various churches in the town of Davidson working in cooperation to make this a better community to live in. Member churches work ecumenically to do Lent and Advent noon services, Christmas hampers, Church in the Park; etc. Once a month, Pastor Kevin also leads a service on Friday at 2:00 p.m. for the residents at the Davidson Health Centre (occasionally with Holy Communion).
